A manual explains everything.
A guide gets one thing done.
A guest wants a cooler room. The thermostat's manual has the answer somewhere, between the error codes and the key lock. The Rome BnB guide asks one question, then shows the 7 steps of their case, on their thermostat.

The guide
- 48 pages, for every model in the range.
- Only the thermostat in their room.
- Every mode and setting. Finding their case is up to them.
- They pick cool or heat. The rest never shows.
- A drawing with numbered keys to match to the text.
- A photo of their thermostat, the button to press marked.
- Error codes at the back, in six languages.
- Help on the step, with the fix behind it.
From a flow on your desk to steps in their hand.

Draw the flow
Put Actions, Decisions and Inputs on a canvas and connect them. Add a Problem to any step and draw the troubleshooting that follows it. Paths can branch, merge and loop back.

Share one link
Publish and copy the link. Put it in the welcome message, on a card by the door, in a QR code. Group guides in a collection and share that instead.

They follow, step by step
One screen, one action, one big button. Guests see the step they are on, never the graph behind it. They can stop and pick up later.
A whole guest guide: 4 procedures, 2 languages.
Everything a guest asks about, from the street to check-out. These are real screens from the Guest Guide of Rome BnB, a demo guest house.

Works wherever people follow instructions.
If you explain the same thing more than twice a week, it can be a procedure: the same steps, the same photos, the same fixes, for every person who needs them.

Things go wrong. The guide handles it.
Most guides stop at the happy path. Then the Wi-Fi light is red, and the phone rings. Here, the fix is part of the procedure: a Problem on the step, a troubleshooting flow behind it, and a way back.
- Resolution
- Fixed. Back to the step where the problem was reported, or to any step you choose.
- Alternative path
- The normal way is blocked. The guide carries on along another route.
- Escalation
- A person is needed. The guide offers to call you, with the problem named.
- Unresolved
- It can't be fixed now. The guide says what to do in the meantime.
Simple on their side. Capable on yours.
The recipient sees one step and one button. You get a graph with everything a real-world procedure needs.
- Decisions
- Ask one question and branch the path. “Is the light green?” Yes carries on; no gets the fix. Paths merge again and loop back.
- Inputs and variables
- Ask for the room number once. Every later step can show it as {room_number}: “Your key is in box {room_number}.”
- Languages
- One flow, many translations. The logic is written once; each language gets its own text. Guests pick theirs.
- Resume
- Closed the browser halfway? They open the link again and pick up at the same step. Or start over.
- Pictures, codes, maps
- A step can carry a photo, a code to copy, a link, or an address that opens in their maps app with a pin.
- Collections
- Group procedures into one Guest Guide with its own link. Guests see the list and choose what they need.
Questions, answered.
What is a procedure?
A set of instructions broken into single steps: things to do, questions to answer, details to type in. Under the hood it is a graph, so paths can branch, merge and loop. Recipients only ever see one step at a time.
Do guests need to install anything?
No. A procedure is a web page. They open the link in the browser on their phone and start. It works on any phone.
Who is it for?
Anyone who explains the same thing over and over: guest houses and rentals, offices, workshops, products that come with a manual. The demo is a guest house because that is where we started.
What happens when a guest gets stuck?
They report a problem on the step they are on. The guide walks them through the troubleshooting you built for it. At the end it can send them back to the step, carry on another way, or put them in touch with you by phone.
Which languages are supported?
Any. You build the flow once and add a translation for each language. Guests see the guide in theirs and can switch.
How do I share a procedure?
Every published procedure has a link. A collection, like a Guest Guide, has one too, with every procedure inside it. Put the link wherever guests will see it, as text or as a QR code.
Is it free?
